Short term bridging loan finance
Sometimes, a quick house sale is too drastic for some of our potential clients. We are a diverse company with more than one string to our bow. Not only do we buy property, but we can also offer bridging loans. This is short term finance that you can repay within one to twelve months. Like our fast sale service, we are the only you would be dealing with. All your personal and private details are kept in house.
Our minimum loan value is twenty seven thousand pounds, and you can borrow
up to, and in some cases, over three million pounds.
There are no credit checks, so people with an adverse or bad credit history are welcome to apply, even if you have been refused elsewhere. Your funds can be made ready within three working days.
Unfortunately, we can only advance home or property owners, so no tenant applications please.
Your bridging finance is secured against one or more of your properties.

We are a transparent company, so this is a rough guide as to how we work out how much you are eligible to borrow.
We take the full property value or your house or building, not what you paid to buy it. We deduct your outstanding mortgage or loans used to buy the property. We then estimate around seventy five percent of the remaining balance is the total maximum amount that can be advanced. We are flexible on repayments too. You can pay back the loan in a time span to suit your budget, as long as it is within one to twelve months. Our typical interest rate varies between one point nine five
percent to three point five percent, depending on your loan amount and repayment plan.
