This is a service we provide to UK property owners who, for whatever reasons, need or want to sell their property fast. We do not question the reason why you are in need of a quick sale. The list is endless, but usually comes back to freeing up the equity in their bricks and mortar. There is no actual cost in this service. We are property buyers. No estate agents are involved so there is no commission to be paid on completion of the sale. We also
undertake a full survey and valuation
on the house, again, at no cost to you. We can even take care of all the legal aspects using our own property solicitors. Again, this is totally free of charge, although if you would prefer to use your own solicitor, this is also not a problem, but can slow the quick sale down.
